Lanier & Co. was founded by Bill Lanier´s mother, Billie Lanier, a Realtor since 1971 and sister Lori Lanier, Realtor since 1980.Bill´s grandfather was also a real estate broker in Greenville, Texas, which makes Bill a 3rd generation realtor! Bill attended Angelo State University and earned a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate/Finance. After working as an accountant at Texaco for three years, decided to pursue his real love:real estate.

Shonna is a life-long resident of Midland. Graduating from Midland High School in 1993, she later acquired an Associates degree in Mathematics and another Associates in Science, both from Midland College. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, for whose organization she has also served as a graduate assistant.
