Lanier & Co. was founded by Bill Lanier´s mother, Billie Lanier, a Realtor since 1971 and sister Lori Lanier, Realtor since 1980.Bill´s grandfather was also a real estate broker in Greenville, Texas, which makes Bill a 3rd generation realtor! Bill attended Angelo State University and earned a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate/Finance. After working as an accountant at Texaco for three years, decided to pursue his real love:real estate.

The credo of the U.S. Industrial Revolution was: "Division of labor, separation of tasks." We all know what adhering to these two basic tenets did for America. Just think of what that means for you!  Broker Associate & Lead Agent.  Shonna Garcia, rounds out this winning team. Shonna has been married since 2000 to Danny. She was immediatley given the wonderful opportunity to be a step-mom to Angie and Nathan. Inaddition, in April 2005 Danny recieved the beutiful gift of being parents of their sion, Connor. 

Shonna is The Lanier Team's Lead Agent, and has almost 20 years in the real estate industry with experiience in virtually every faze of the business. She possesses, and most importantly, effectiely utilize her amazing range of talents in every area of including being both a licensed real estate business. Shonna's most unusual levels of achievment unique knowledge and experience enables her to enables her to efficiently and effectively help Buyers and Sellers through their real estate journey. Shonna would love to get to know you, guide you and assist you in meeting all of your real estate needs whether it involves buying or selling.

Dale Lookabaugh was born in Lubbock and raised in Midland.  Dale graduated from Midland High in 2005 and earned academic scholarships and an athletic scholarship to attend and play soccer at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina. After two and a half years of soccer and being away from home Dale made the decision to come back to West Texas to attend Texas Tech.

Dale graduated from The Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech in 2010 with a business management degree, making him a fourth generation Red Raider.  During his time at Texas Tech, Dale met up with a old high school friend and later married Nicole Ginanni in August 2010. 

Out of college Dale went to work for Community National Bank in Midland as a loan analyst.  While at Community National, Dale felt the need for a more challenging and interactive career, always interested in real estate Dale took the leap of faith and became a real estate agent.

Dale currently services at MidCities Community Church with the kids ministry and    is the coordinator of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University at MidCities.



 Buyer's Specialist April Strahan. April and Sam Strahan have lived in Midland for 15 years.  They are both from West Texas and very proud of their West Texas roots.  They have two children, Samantha(17) and Andrew(13.)  This family never has a dull moment.  From Skiing to Flying and  Fishing, this family definitely plays together.    

April Strahan is a graduate of Texas Tech University.  Prior to selling Real Estate, she enjoyed 10 wonderful years of teaching.  As a Buyer's Specialist, she enjoys "teaching" and leading her buyer's through a seamless process of buying their dream home.  April has worked in a Real Estate Appraisal office and understands the timeliness and demands of being a good Real Estate agent.  She is absolutely committed to keeping her client's best interests in mind with every transaction.  


Transaction Coordinator Rachel Sifuentes. Rachel Sifuentes has lived in Midland since 2002.  A graduate of Midland Christian, she attended UTPB, and was a stay at home mother until 2011.  She joined Keller Williams Realty as a receptionist and after taking time off to add another beautiful addition to her family she returned to real estate as an agent for The Lanier Team.

Rachel currently works as the transaction coordinator for the entire Lanier Team. She is responsible for the process of contract initiation through closing, including the home inspections, securing the mortgage loan approval, the abstract company and title issues, up to, and including the final closing.  

Marketing/Listing Coordinator Jodi Campbell. Jodi's primary task is to see that your home is advertised to area realtors, real estate websites and potential buyers. Some of her tasks include, but are not limited to, collecting information about your home, creating a brochure, virtual tour, schedule open houses, and marketing your home.

Jodi Campbell joined the Bill Lanier Team @ Keller Williams in 2012. She became interested in real estate and has enjoyed learning the business. She is no stranger to the business world. Before becoming an agent she co-managed several childcare businesses worked for oil & gas company and as a MISD teacher assistant.

With experience and knowledge of the business world she set out on a goal of becoming a real estate agent.  Eager to learn a new career she started working for the Bill Lanier Team in August 2012 and became a licensed real estate agent in June 2013. Working for the Bill Lanier Team is exciting and fast paced. Every day you get to meet new people and build lasting relationships.
