Bill Lanier

Bill’s dedication to exemplary customer service is paramount to his success. He truly cares and his statistics prove this, as do the number of referrals he receives from his previous clients.

Bill attended Angelo State University and earned a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate/Finance. After working as an accountant at Texaco for three years, Bill decided to pursue his real love, real estate.

As a third generation realtor, it’s clear that Bill Lanier inherited the real estate gene. Bill’s sister, Lori Lanier, began her career in 1980 and founded Lanier & Co. His mother, Billie Lanier, has been a Realtor since 1971 and her father was a real estate broker in Greenville, Texas.

The credo of the U.S. Industrial Revolution was: “Division of labor, separation of tasks.” We all know what adhering to these two basic tenets did for America. Dale Lookabaugh


Dale was born in Lubbock and raised in Midland. Dale graduated from Midland High in 2005 and earned both academic and athletic scholarships. Dale pursued his education and played soccer at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina. After over two years away from home, Dale made the decision to come back to West Texas to attend Texas Tech.

Dale graduated from The Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech in 2010 with a business management degree, making him a fourth generation Red Raider. During his time at Texas Tech, Dale met up with Nicole Ginanni, an old high school friend. The two married in 2010. Since then, Dale and Nicole have welcomed three beautiful children.

Dale first worked for Community National Bank in Midland as a loan analyst. While at Community National, Dale felt the need for a more challenging and interactive career. Always interested in real estate, Dale took the leap of faith and became a real estate agent for The Lanier Team.

Dale currently attends MidCities Community Church, where he and his wife are co-coordinators of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and Legacy Journey. He also volunteers as a mentor at Bush Elementary. Dale not only understands the financial aspect of real estate, but also the importance of listening to his clients in order to find the home that best fits their needs.

Shelley Rogers

Realtor, GRI, ABR

Shelley has worked with the Lanier team for over 4 years. She has lived and worked in the Midland-Odessa area for over 20 years. Prior to pursuing her dream career in real estate, she worked in the oil and gas service industry. Shelley credits this experience as giving her not only an understanding of the needs of families who work in this industry, but also a strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent client service.

Shelley has two grown children, Ciara and Doug. Shelley graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management. In her spare time, Shelley enjoys entertaining friends and family, traveling, playing golf and shooting sports.



Price Robinson


Price Robinson was born in Alpine and raised in Marfa. After graduating from Marfa High School, Price attended Sam Houston State University. Price received a degree in Criminal Justice and then went to work for the Midland Police Department. He later earned an MBA degree from U.T.P. B. in 1993. Price progressed through the ranks of the department and was named Chief of Police in December 2008. He served as chief for 8 ½ years before retiring on August 31, 2017 with a total of 37 years with the MPD and the City of Midland. Price has developed many relationships during his 37 years in Midland and served many people in the City of Midland during his career in law enforcement. Price is eager to learn the real estate business and help you with your real estate needs.



Kathy Robinson


Kathy Robinson was born in Amarillo in a military family and attended high school in the Houston area. She received a degree in Education from Sam Houston State University. After college, Kathy went to work as a teacher for the Midland Independent School District. She later received a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Sul Ross State University. Kathy retired in 2012 after a 31-year career in education. She served the last 8 years of her career as the principal of Fannin Elementary. Because of her career in education, Kathy got to know many families in this area. She would love to sell a home to one of her former students! Kathy is eager to learn the real estate business and help you with your real estate needs.

Kathy and Price have been married for over 35 years. Becoming a licensed real estate agent is not a new idea to Price and Kathy. They received their license in 2010 knowing that they wanted to become involved in real estate after retirement. They have two grown children; Trey who lives in Dallas and Brittany is currently in Midland. Price and Kathy are both active members of First United Methodist Church. They love to travel and recently purchased an RV. They both enjoy watching The Travel Channel and Food Network. Their whole family enjoys finding interesting restaurants during their travels.



Jodi Campbell

Listing Coordinator

No stranger to the business world, Jodi expressed an interest in real estate and has enjoyed learning the business since joining The Lanier Team in 2012. Before becoming an agent, she co-managed several childcare businesses, was an MISD teacher assistant, and also worked in the oil and gas industry.

With experience and knowledge of the business world, Jodi set out on a goal of becoming a real estate agent. Eager to learn a new career, she started working for The Lanier Team in August 2012 and became a licensed real estate agent in June 2013. Jodi enjoys working in an exciting, fast-paced atmosphere, as well as meeting new people and building lasting relationships.

Jodi’s primary task is to see that your home is advertised to area agents and potential buyers. Some of her tasks include collecting information about your home to put online, designing a brochure, creating a virtual tour, scheduling open houses, and effectively marketing your home.
